Overview
The DS425+ is the four-bay tower refresh of the plus desktops, and its pitch is the network side: it moves data faster out of the box than the models it replaces, without the price step of the rack gear. New units only, brought in via our China purchasing and released through the Shenzhen audit. Ahead of shipment each is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded. The cover we give is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB. It shares drive compatibility with the rest of the plus family, so an existing spares shelf keeps working. Where it lands is usually beside an older plus unit it inherits from, and delivery can be timed to that swap. List the disks you intend to run and request a quote.
