Overview
The T440 is the larger of Dell's older tower pair, the one bought where a site has real workloads but no rack to put them in. New means original parts and no service history — a fresh start for a machine that will likely sit in a cupboard for the rest of the decade. There is no stock behind this listing. We build the tower to your configuration and it is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded before packing. Components come from suppliers across China and pass the audit at our Shenzhen warehouse. Our cover is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, and a longer factory term is the vendor's and is written as the vendor's — + vendor to 36 mo. The refurbished T440 is listed separately for spares and second sites; a tower that is going to be the only server on the premises is worth buying new.
