Overview
Refurbished R540 servers arrive from estates that used them as capacity or backup nodes and have since replaced the tier. Each is decommissioned, wiped, rebuilt to a working baseline and tested, so the chassis that ships is in a state we have checked rather than one we were told about. The check is powered on and booted on our bench, configuration checked against the spec, completeness and visual inspection, photos, logs and serials recorded, with drive condition logged alongside. Sourcing happens across Chinese supply and the audit takes place at our Shenzhen warehouse, done by our own team. Warranty is 1-yr hardwaresys RTB, funded here rather than inherited. Units are located against your order, which is why a lead time appears on the page. Buyers take this card for backup landing zones, archive tiers and spares for a row that already runs the generation; the new R540 listing is the alternative when history is not acceptable.
