Overview
The DE6400H is a different kind of DE Series array. Its controller enclosure holds NVMe drives, so the front of the system is fast flash, while capacity is added behind it in SAS shelves of hard drives or SSDs. That split makes it hybrid in the literal sense — a performance tier and a bulk tier under one rack-mounted controller pair — for analytics, large databases with cold history, or virtual estates with uneven data. We sell the DE6400H new, sourced through China when the order is placed. Our Shenzhen staff confirm the controller enclosure, its drive carriers and any expander card against the order and log every serial. Under 1-yr hardwaresys RTB + vendor’s own warranty. Expansion shelves attach only after a SAS expander card is fitted in the first slot of the controller, which leaves fewer slots for host interfaces, so tell us now whether shelves are in the plan, and request a quote.
